Located just inside the château’s main entrance, The Little Castle bar is at the heart of the building. From the bar counter in the entrance hall, drinks are served to be enjoyed throughout the château — whether in the cosy pub room, the characterful chapel, or outside in the gardens during the warmer months.
Our drinks menu offers a wide and carefully selected range, including wines and champagne, local draught ales, bottled beers, ciders, premium spirits, and a full selection of non-alcoholic options.

Our cocktail menu evolves with the seasons — from light, floral notes in late spring, to refreshing pitchers of sangria and Pimm’s in summer, and richer, warming flavours as the evenings draw in during autumn.
We offer an eclectic selection of beers and ales, including local brews alongside familiar favourites — even Guinness, if that’s your preference.
Our wine and champagne list has been carefully chosen to suit both relaxed evenings and special occasions. And if you’re celebrating, we’ll have your champagne perfectly chilled and ready to enjoy.
We open early so you can make the most of the evening apéro. Whether you’re looking for a light bite with your drink or something to whet your appetite before dining, our bar snack menu has you covered.
Available each evening, many of our snacks are made using fresh produce from the farm. Options include classic favourites such as mini sausage rolls, crisps and pork scratchings, alongside apéro plates and a selection of Spanish-style tapas.
For drinks from the bar there’s no need to make a reservation, just stop by and enjoy a drink or two, and you can even choose to have a bite to eat, from the dishes of the day listed on the blackboard or the bar snacks menu.
Juste à côté de l’entrée et du bar du château, vous trouverez notre petite salle de pub, nichée à côté de la minuscule chapelle du château. Entièrement rénovée, cette salle constitue la partie la plus ancienne du bâtiment et présente le mur en pierre d’origine qui se dressait ici bien avant la construction du château lui-même, il y a des centaines d’années.

Pendant les mois plus frais, lorsque nous avons tous envie de plats plus consistants, les dimanches au Château de la Coutère seront consacrés au déjeuner dominical traditionnel. Le « Sunday Roast », né au Royaume-Uni, est aujourd’hui célèbre dans le monde entier.

Situé juste à l’entrée principale du château, vous trouverez le bar du Petit Château. La carte du bar propose une vaste sélection de boissons, notamment vins et champagnes, bières pression locales et bières en bouteille, cidres, boissons de marque et bien sûr des boissons sans alcool.

De mai à septembre, selon la météo, vous êtes invités à profiter de boissons et de repas dans le jardin du pub du château. Avec des places assises dans le jardin clos de la chapelle, sur la terrasse et à l’avant du château, il y a tout l’espace nécessaire pour se détendre et dîner en plein air au Petit Château Pub.
